Privacy policy
June 25, 2026
This policy describes how 1729 AI Labs ("we," "our") handles information collected through the 1729labs.ai website and our application at app.1729labs.ai. It applies to visitors, to companies that submit a briefing request, and to invited users of the application.
What we collect
Website analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first service that counts page views and referral sources without cookies or cross-site tracking. No personal data is stored on Plausible servers. No IP addresses are logged. Plausible is GDPR-compliant by design.
Briefing request form. When you submit a request via the /contact form we collect: your name, work email address, company name, job title, and the project description you provide. This information is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and used to respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether there is a fit for an engagement.
Server logs. Cloudflare, our hosting infrastructure provider, maintains standard server access logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) for security and reliability. These logs are subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy and are not shared with us directly.
Application account, project, and usage data. When you are invited to the application, we collect the account information needed to provide it — your name, work email, organization, role, workspace membership, projects, project inputs, generated artifacts, feedback, activity logs, and usage records. We use this information to authenticate users, run the application, generate project artifacts, meter usage, troubleshoot, maintain security, and support customers.
Billing. Billing is managed by 1729 AI Labs during launch. If payments are enabled for your workspace, they are handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe collects and processes payment details directly under its own privacy policy; we do not receive or store full card numbers. We retain billing records such as usage, credit, invoice, payment, and tax records as required for accounting, support, and compliance.
What we do not collect
- Cookies on this marketing site — none are set. The application at app.1729labs.ai uses only strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in; it sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
- Advertising identifiers or cross-site tracking.
- Any data from third-party social or advertising platforms. We do not load Facebook Pixel, Google Ads tags, LinkedIn Insight, or similar scripts.
How we use information
We use information to operate the website and application, respond to inquiries, provision and support accounts, generate and maintain project artifacts, measure usage, bill customers where applicable, prevent abuse, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or rent personal data.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the website and application, such as hosting, infrastructure, analytics, payment, email, logging, and AI model providers. Project inputs and generated artifacts are transmitted to third-party AI model providers via secure provider application programming interfaces (APIs) solely to provide the Services. We do not permit these providers to use your data or project inputs to train their public machine learning models, and your data is never shared across customers.
Data retention
Briefing request records are kept for as long as the business relationship is active, or for a maximum of three years from the date of submission. Application account, project, billing, and usage records are kept while the account or workspace is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, backup, accounting, dispute, and legal purposes. You may request deletion at any time, subject to records we need to retain for legitimate business or legal reasons.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. Requests are fulfilled within 30 days unless more time is required by law or by the complexity of the request.
Children
The website and application are directed at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.
Changes
We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or application after an update constitutes acceptance.
